About Agripeople
Agripeople is a new online platform built for one purpose: connecting the people who work in agriculture with the farms and businesses that need them.
Farming runs on good people, and finding them is getting harder. Generic job boards were never designed for agriculture. They rarely understand the difference between a herdsperson and a herd manager, they hide salaries, and they leave farmers sifting through applications from candidates who have never set foot on a farm. Job seekers face the same frustration in reverse: relevant roles are scattered across websites, social media and word of mouth, and applying is slow and repetitive.
Agripeople will change that. We are building a specialist recruitment platform, a website and an app, designed around how agricultural people actually live and work. Smart matching will connect the right candidates with the right roles, applications will be quick and straightforward, and employers will reach a pool of genuinely relevant, skilled people.
